Trauma Informed Yoga

AHHAH's CCYC Yoga Teachers are all certified in Trauma Sensitive Yoga Training. Many youth in the CCYC have had some form of abuse or trauma, so we make sure that all teachers are sensitive to the issues that can arise while practicing yoga.
