"I Know, I Am"

I know love, I am love I know compassion, I am compassion I know kindness, I am kindness I know peace, I am peace I know openness, I am openness I know vulnerability, I am vulnerability I know strength, I am strength I know loyalty, I am loyalty I know trust, I am trust I know enough, I am enough

I know emotions, I know thoughts, I know feelings, But, I also know my true self. I am my true self.

I know that I am I know that I am whole I know that I am complete in this very moment I know that I hold the answers I know that I hold the solutions

Even at times when I hold the problem or the question itself, I also hold the answer in knowing who I am, in knowing my true self. In these moments of quiet in body and mind and in breath, I allow myself to take rest from seeking. I allow myself to take rest from trying to find anything outside of myself. In this moment, I am fulfilled by a sense of self, my true self. In this moment, I am fulfilled with a sense of being exactly as I am, of being more than enough.

~Inspired By Chris C., Chris L., Dylan, and Harold through our work in the CCYC
